Photography has long been my passion. When I'm shooting, be it a person, an animal, a street scene, or a landscape, I'm immersed in the moment, at one with my subject.
As a 'generalist photographer', I love to shoot especially as I travel, as it provides opportunity for people, landscapes, lifestyle and location portraiture.

I was born and raised in Alberta, Canada, and have a passion for all things rural, urban, cultural and natural.

I used to borrow my Mom's camera as a young boy, delighting in taking pictures and seeing the resulting prints, knowing little of their cost to my parents!

Just like with my photography, I enjoy the simpler things in life - being out and about with friends, good food, and nice views.
